
Eric Co-Founder & CEO of Vets2PM, LLC, with expertise in financial management and accounting, project management, leadership, and instruction. Through his leadership role at Vets2PM, he is dedicated to assisting Military Veterans in their quest to become project managers. As a Military Veteran himself, he has served on active duty in both the U.S. Navy, and in the California National Guard. He achieved success with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service as a Supervisory Financial Manager and Accountant, working in project management for several enterprise-wide financial system upgrades, audits, and human capital projects. Eric has also held several faculty and academic leadership positions throughout his business career.
Eric earned a Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, a PhD in Business Administration/Financial Management from North Central University, an MBA from University of Phoenix, and a BS Liberal Studies/Psychology with a minor in Information Technology from Excelsior College. He has a PMP® certification, is a member of the Project Management Institute, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Disabled American Veterans, and also a member of the Golden Key Honour Society for Academic Excellence.
Eric has been awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award for Mentorship, Professional Development category, by PMI CIC. Additionally, He has presented at several consortiums, workshops, and professional development forums, and has been published three times in PMWorld Today.
Eric’s passion is serving his Brothers and Sisters in arms, past and present, as evidenced by several years working in a community college Veterans Affairs Offices and bringing the Vets2PM project to fruition.
Eric lives with his family in Melbourne, FL.
