
Evan Morgan is a retired prior-enlisted Air Force officer with broad experience across military, private sector, and federal government project and program management. During his military career, he led projects surrounding communications electronics R&D, service contract outsourcing, process improvement, and large-scale reorganizations. As a C-level executive in the technology sector, Evan managed strategically-aligned programs that enabled double-digit growth for his award-winning company and fueled his passion for Project Portfolio Management. Currently, Evan manages requirements determination projects for the Department of Defense and mentors a new generation of project managers. As an educator, Evan served four years as an Air Force technical instructor, earning the Master Instructor designation, and has spent the last two and half years teaching undergraduate and graduate project management courses for DeVry University and Keller Graduate School of Management.
Evan earned a Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Science, Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University, and two Associate of Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force. He has earned his PMP® certification from, and is a member of, the Project Management Institute. And as an advocate for veterans, he is a proud member of the VFW, American Legion, and the Military Officers Association of America.
As a Vets2PM graduate, Evan is extremely focused on providing veterans with a proven road to success after their transition and believes strongly in the end-to-end program Vets2PM offers our comrades in arms.
Evan lives with his family in a suburb of Indianapolis, IN.
