Mike Hoal is a Veteran of the U.S. Army (Sergeant First Class, Military Intelligence). His portfolio of projects experience include several ERP implementations, 2 CRM implementations, and several other technology-focused projects.

 

Mike has an MBA with concentration in Finance from Colorado State University and is now enrolled in a Masters of Accountancy at University of Illinois/Urbana-Champagne. He has his PMP ® certification and is a member of the Project Management Institute, serving as the Military Liaison for the chapter. Mike is also Lean Six Sigma trained Black Belt and CompTIA certified in A+, and Security+.

Mike is the founder of a Veteran-focused Consulting firm that helps small businesses and currently serves on 2 non-profit boards. He is an active member of the Freemasons, Scottish Rite, York Rite, and Shriners organizations, and volunteers his time in several charitable efforts that each of these organizations participate in the local community and schools. Mike's passion is in helping veterans transition successfully into meaningful careers in project management where their values, dedication, integrity, and leadership can shine and be a value-add to any organization.
